    CityFibre engineers have confirmed that route changes made on 16th November PM have been reversed and the outage issue has now been resolved, as of 11:30am today.

    We are currently seeing brief and intermittent network packet loss, affecting all CityFibre on-net circuits in Cambridge and Peterborough. Engineers are working to restore full service as soon as possible.
