Remote Working
When Covid-19 hit the UK, our customers were already prepared for remote working. This was through disaster recovery planning and providing agile, robust cloud technology based solutions. Whilst we can’t say we predicted the entire nation would go into lockdown, we were happy with how our solutions seamlessly allowed our clients to continue to work and provide their own services to their clients, all whilst working from home.
We’re now using this experience to help other small and medium sized business adopt cloud working, online video and meetings and ensure that business phone systems can cope with the now distributed nature of staff and call handlers.
